Understanding the urgency of the situation the Major Move team worked tirelessly over a period of 3 months from initial marketing and sale to completion, keeping us in the loop at all times.
When our first purchasers withdrew for personal reasons Major Move were immediately able to re-sell our house, and in fact had two willing parties ready to proceed. They kept the developers placated and even though the deadline had passed, we were able to move into our new home as planned.

The house was in need of some updating and had been on the market for over a year with three other estate agents when I was approached by Oz. He assured me that he could sell it irrespective of its condition.
I was sceptical at first and couldn’t understand how Major Move would be able to sell it when the larger estate agents hadn’t been able to, but Oz was insistent that he could and worked around my tenants, sometimes accompanying viewings late into the evenings which his competitors were not prepared to do. They were making very few viewings let alone finding a prospective buyer.
Oz regularly called me with feedback and updates and I can’t fault him for his tenacity and communication.
